Qualification Requirements
- Accredited Dental degree (DDS, DMD)
- We are looking for doctors with strong work ethic, an outgoing & personable chair‑side manner, and the desire to continually learn and improve in dentistry.
Compensation
- Salary: $300,000 to $400,000 per year.
- Up to $1,500 daily minimum guarantee depending on experience.
- Production‑based compensation with a potential to make up to $35,000 per month.
- Production is not adjusted for any insurance adjustments; doctors get compensated on full production.
- Malpractice insurance.
