Schedule & Structure

• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week) with paid time off

• Phase 1: Foundational learning & systems training

• Phase 2: Primary care integration with a partial patient panel

• Phase 3: Focused specialty rotations

• Phase 4: Independent practice managing your own panel (with full support!)

Eligibility Requirements

• PAs: NCCPA board-certified/exam registered & MA license eligible

• NPs: AANP or ANCC certified & MA license eligible

• All: MA DEA/DPH registration & prescriptive authority agreements

Pay Range: $87,000.00 USD - $88,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
