Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Inpatient Rehab

Encompass Health is seeking a Certified COTA to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision to help patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions regain independence. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, leading therapeutic activities, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home programs. You’ll work in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and continuous learning, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
