Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant - Inpatient Rehab

Encompass Health seeks a Licensed COTA to support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic interventions, implement treatment plans, and help patients improve activities of daily living and functional independence. You will document care, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment that values learning, compassion, and work–life balance.
