Data Entry Specialist

*Monitor and enter data into ERP fields (Microsoft D365 Dynamics) for new service parts.

*Process changes to existing parts based on received guidance.

*Review and maintain the integrity of the item master.

*Explore developing and documenting bulk part upload and part change processes.

*As needed, assist with other data entry needs and projects as assigned by management.

Education and Work Experience:

*Accredited High School diploma or GED

Required Skills:

*Demonstrated skill in high volume data entry, or comparable experience

*Experience with Advanced Excel Utilization

*Experience with other Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

*Ability to work independently as well as a team

*Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

*Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in an organized manner

Preferred Skills:

*Experience with Microsoft D365 Dynamics ERP

*Sequel or Python Experience

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is exposed to a normal office environment and occasionally required to walk through a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.The employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel.The employee is required to talk or hear.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and peripheral vision.

Professional office environment and occasional time spent in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.

Hours of Work

*8:00 am - 5:00 pm
