Veterinary Receptionist
Part-time. Compensation: up to USD 15 - hourly.
Founded in 1973, for more than 40 years, Oakview Veterinary Hospital has been caring for pets in Miami and Shelby counties and the surrounding Dayton area with the same skill and compassion we still provide today. Our qualified staff provides expert, professional care in a clean and safe environment.
Whether you have a dog, cat or a smaller pet such as a snake, iguana, bird, rabbit or hamster, you can count on us to take care of them and go the extra mile to serve our patients and their owners.
Piqua is also connected to the great outdoors with hundreds of miles of stunning trails and paths winding through Piqua's railways, river paths, and nearby areas within Miami County. Whether you're into history, the great outdoors or that hometown feel, Piqua has something for everyone!
Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
Must be comfortable with various medical outcomes
May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases
Opportunities through a variety of virtual and hands on, interactive training and continuing development
Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred
Highly organized and possess computer skills
Every other Saturday 8am-12pm
