Payroll SpecialistTroon's Corporate office, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity of Payroll Specialist! Key Responsibilities:Utilizes the payroll and time and attendance systems to answer questions, process payroll, review/update information and resolve issues for employees and managers.Ensures garnishments are submitted to UKG Pro timely and review all entered garnishments and calculations for accuracy.Sets up and processes various earnings and deductions requests/spreadsheets accurately and timely.Troubleshoots data related issues in both UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions.Generates manual checks in a timely and accurate manner.Ensures all payroll checks are distributed timely to the field.Researches and resolves payroll related inquiries from employees and management.Fully participates and ensures success of various projects as assigned.Demonstrates strong focus on teamwork and initiatives as well as manages independent workload.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree.A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in high volume payroll.Other Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance.Must possess strong customer service skills.Must have strong attention to detail.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.UKG experience is a plus.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteriaAbout Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
