We can't wait to meet you!Essential Job Functions:Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.Responsible for all payroll functions.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Develop and maintain payroll filesAssist with keeping employee profile information accurateAssist with development and communication of policy and procedures related to payroll for risk management and upgrade efficiency.Monitor timecards for accuracy.Process incoming mail in a timely manner.Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed timely and accurately.Process 401K, HSA and garnishment payments.Process manual checks.Organize invoices.Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.Knowledge of multi-State and Federal laws pertaining to payroll.All other duties assigned.Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
