About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support through every interaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for assisting others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up on customer feedback and ensure concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
