In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Your goal will be to support customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist customers with product and service information, order processing, and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Follow company policies and communication guidelines to uphold Sphirea Plus's service standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
