Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our dedicated team in Atlanta. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Your goal will be to support customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Assist customers with product and service information, order processing, and problem resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Follow company policies and communication guidelines to uphold Sphirea Plus's service standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
