Responsibilities Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials Performing proper pruning techniques Managing overall garden and landscape maintenance Leading and supervising a gardening team Communicating clearly with crew members to ensure quality and efficiency Hardscaping experience is a plus but not required Qualifications Proven horticulture experience Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising a gardening or landscape team Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Valid driver\'s license required #J-18808-Ljbffr KEYSTONE GARDENING INC
