Independent Living Skills Coach
Sevita
As an Independent Living Skills Coach at Sevita, you will support individuals in developing daily living, social, and community integration skills so they can live as independently as possible. In this Community & Social Services role, you’ll provide person-centered coaching in areas such as personal care, household management, transportation, health management, and budgeting. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document progress, and adapt plans to client goals.
