Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

I've been with State Farm for 26 years, and becoming an agent was always a goal of mine - my grandfather was a State Farm agent, so I grew up seeing the impact this career can have. I'm a graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Human Resources, have three children, and enjoy golfing and spending time with family and friends. Giving back to our community is important to our agency. We enjoy volunteering and supporting our local food pantry, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact. Our agency is committed to providing a healthy work-life balance and reimburses licensing costs to help our team members build successful, long-term careers. Our culture is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping one another succeed. I'm looking for someone with a positive attitude who adapts quickly, enjoys working as part of a team, is goal-oriented, and is passionate about serving both our customers and our community. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative with Jason Frantz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
