• 5/hour premium on all hours worked
• 1.25/hour weekend shift differential
• 1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Experience Requirements Long Term Care Experience (6 months preferred, 3 months required) Scheduling Requirements Minimum of 30 hours per month One weekend shift per month Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice, including resident assessment, education, and coordination of care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe and reliable resident care within the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
