Implementation Specialist

We support a global population of highly engaged users on our enterprise engagement platform and app, and we are looking to expand our technical content team.
We have an opening for a Content Implementation Specialist who can continue to engage our users on behalf of our clients by publishing content on our platform.

How You'll Add Value
Be a platform leader helping wherever needed to support a global base of users of our enterprise engagement platform
Publish articles, documents, resources, guides, and everything else you can possibly imagine users want to access
Communicate with our client's team members
Work with clients across every stage of engagement from platform implementation to usage
Support the QA team with both testing and feedback for new system enhancements and capabilities
Create end-user and internal system documentation
Manage user access to systems (uploading of datasheets, modifying content, adjusting roles)
Troubleshoot issues reported
Communicate effectively with the organization
Work closely with our Program Manager and Client Success Lead to ensure all projects go live on time and to the correct audiences
Be a contributing member of a highly supportive culture

We support a global population of highly engaged users on our enterprise engagement platform and app, and we are looking to expand our technical content team.
We have an opening for a Project Manager on-site for one of our clients who can continue to engage our users on behalf of our client by acting as a liaison and coordinating between Pulse in the Cleveland office and our client.
