Director of IT

Job Description

We are looking for a Director of IT to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for a technology leader to oversee IT operations and drive strategic technology initiatives, in an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, support, and systems
Develop and execute IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments
Build, lead, and mentor a team of IT professionals across various disciplines
Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure
Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions
Oversee IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning
Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive IT experience, including prior management or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security best practices
Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
