Director of IT

Job Description We are looking for a Director of IT to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for a technology leader to oversee IT operations and drive strategic technology initiatives, in an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, support, and systems
- Develop and execute IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of IT professionals across various disciplines
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions
- Oversee IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning
- Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including prior management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security best practices
- Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
