Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Active SLP license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of communication disorders
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individualized and group therapy for students
• Deliver both direct therapy and indirect services such as consultations and teacher/staff collaboration
• Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer training and support to staff and families regarding communication strategies
• Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and school staff
