Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience delivering direct and indirect speech and language services in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders
• Deliver both direct therapy and indirect consultative services tailored to student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development to enhance service delivery
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom learning
