Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled trades recruiter to join our team!

Job duties include:


• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and candidates


• Interviewing candidates


• Receiving new job openings from clients


• Composing job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media sites


• Sourcing and recruiting candidates on various job boards, screening resumes, and identifying qualified candidates


• Checking references for all interviewed candidates


• Submitting resumes to clients for review and coordinating interviews


• Filling job orders with urgency


• Completing inside sales activities to prospect clients and current clients to generate and expand business


• Negotiating and closing job orders


• Providing work performance feedback to candidates and coaching candidates as needed


• Attending job fairs, in person and virtually


• Attending appreciation events and luncheons for candidates and clients


• Utilizing proprietary database to track job assignments, quality control calls, and job orders


• Answering telephone calls, providing exceptional customer service


• Updating and maintaining company website with current job orders


• Assisting with other tasks as needed

Other details:


• Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with some flexibility needed


• Base pay plus generous commission and bonus structure, with a total compensation package of $65K+
