Senior Technical Support Engineer

Dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for top-tier customers, the full-time remote Senior Technical Support Engineer will manage customer interactions, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve problems efficiently. Key responsibilities: Interacting with customers to identify and resolve technical issues while exceeding expectations on response quality and timeliness Taking end-to-end ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting, root cause identification, and resolution Collaborating with various teams, documenting bugs, and providing feedback to improve training and documentation processes Required qualifications: Technical degree preferred in Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, or CS Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Solid knowledge of REST API, SSL/TLS, IPv4, JSON, LDAP, and Proxies Experience with Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Support experience with IAM (Identity Access Management) software is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
