Surgical Technologist

Position and Shift Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is looking for a Surgical Technologist to assist during surgical procedures. Work shift is Day with 40 scheduled weekly hours. Shift & Compensation Compensation: Salary range $24.00 – $38.50 per hour. Non‑certified techs start $24.00/hour; certified techs start $26.50/hour with increases based on experience. Sign‑on bonus of $15,000 available for eligible applicants with a three‑year work commitment. Schedule: During orientation – 7am to 3:30pm (8‑hour shifts), Monday‑Friday. After orientation – 7am to 5:30pm (10‑hour shifts) with one day off a week. Call schedule: once per week, plus every 5–6 weekends. Responsibilities Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing UAP Registry at the time employment begins.
