Production Test TechnicianOur Actuation facility in Chanhassen, MN is looking for a Production Test Technician to join their team! You will be responsible for following process instructions to assemble and test components of company's products. This position provides a challenging and dynamic work environment. Our Chanhassen facility is a temperature controlled and conveniently located.Location: Chanhassen, MNHourly rate: $24.00 to $28.00We Take Care of Our PeoplePaid Time Off I 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Referral Program I Competitive Pay I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan I Inclusive & Supportive Culture *Your ChallengeWith supervision, applies established principles and procedures to perform standard, routine technical activities relating to the manufacture and test of client products, in a frequently highly time-sensitive environment.Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.Determines and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from a variety of blueprints, drawings and diagrams.Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to a variety of technical problems.May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.What You BringAssociates degree in a technical-related field is preferred but not required.2 to 4 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.Previous experience with set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies is an asset.Mechanical aptitude.Experience reading drawings and blueprints.Frequent standing.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Must be a US Person.Who We AreOur ValuesEnvironmental, Social and GovernanceCurtiss-Wright manufactures Exlar® electromechanical linear roller screw actuators, rotary servo motors, and integrated control solutions for a broad range of applications.
