Responsibilities Lead all phases of labor and employment litigation, including strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trials. Advise clients on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management in a fast-evolving legal landscape. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings with a focus on tailored solutions. Build and expand your own client base while mentoring a growing team in a collaborative setting. Minimum Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in California. 10+ years practicing Labor & Employment Law. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary starting at $400k+ per annum, based on experience. 401(k) plan with employer match. Profit sharing up to 15% of earnings.
