Sales Support Representative (Remote: Central & East Coast)

Exciting Sales Support Representative Opportunity with Resmed!This remote position is for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with sales teams.Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone and support customers in the Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, and New York City markets.Please Note: Relocation assistance is not available for this role.Let's talk about Responsibilities:•The primary role of Sales Support professional is to sell ResMed's products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory and/or with specific accounts.•Execute account strategy as defined by sales leaders by planning and positioning ResMed products and solutions to attain sales objectives and quota•Develop an understanding of customers’ business to identify needs and selling opportunities.•Enhance customer relationships through virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution.•Position ResMed products and services adoption to improve customer and patient outcomes.•Develop, and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts and account managers.•Ensure quality customer service and experience•Act as the single point of customer contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues•Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.•Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends.•Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management.Qualifications & Experience:Required:•Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude•Excellence in all forms of virtual communication with command of product and media presentations, especially via webinars, video conferencing, etc., using a variety of technologies•Proven experience working in a collaborative environment to achieve individual and team goals.•Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement and attention to detail.•Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service internally and externally•Self-starter with proven leadership qualities•Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationshipsDesirable:•+1 years relevant business experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry experience and knowledge preferred•BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experienceWhy Resmed?Impact at Scale: Help shape solutions used by millions worldwide.Global Reach: Work across regions, teams, and technologies in a truly interconnected ecosystem.Career Growth: Thrive in a dynamic, inclusive environment where bold ideas are welcomed.Purpose-Driven Work: Join a company committed to improving lives—one breath, one night, one patient at a time.Join Us!At Resmed, we believe innovation starts with people.
