Sales Support Representative (Remote: Central & East Coast)

$27.64 per hour

ResMed seeks a remote Sales Support Representative to drive product adoption and support sales teams across Central and Eastern US markets. The role combines customer relationship management, virtual product demonstrations, and account strategy execution for healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

Sell ResMed products and solutions to customers in assigned territory and accounts
Execute account strategy and position products to achieve sales objectives and quota
Conduct virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs
Serve as single point of contact for customer service, incident resolution, and technical escalation
Document all activities in CRM system and collaborate with sales management on business trends

Requirements

Team player with strong work ethic and can-do attitude
Excellence in virtual communication, webinars, and video conferencing technologies
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Self-starter with demonstrated leadership qualities and accountability focus
Based in Central or Eastern Time Zone; support Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, NYC markets
One year relevant B2B sales support experience preferred; medical device industry knowledge preferred
Bachelor's degree in business discipline or equivalent professional experience

Compensation: $27.64/hr + TIC
