Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month. You'll be part of a dynamic team that supports our agents by responding to inbound telephone, email, and chat inquiries, while gaining valuable exposure to sales processes, product knowledge, and relationship management. This position serves as an intermediary between agents and the insurance company—helping with onboarding, quoting, and servicing insurance products. Along the way, you'll develop the skills and insights that prepare you to transition into a client-facing sales role.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for providing exceptional service and support (via phone, chat, and email)Help onboard new agents by processing contracting paperworkProvide ongoing day-to-day assistance to agents using various systems, products and proceduresMeet daily performance standardsMay be required to perform other related duties as assignedEducation and Skills:1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, agency or brokerageStrong communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsCollege degree preferred and/or equivalent experienceHas an interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account managementExperience that will give you a head start on our team:Experience in a call center environmentPrevious sales experienceUnderstanding customer objections and how to resolve customer issuesAbility to establish strong relationships with customersCoordinating cross-functional work with other departments (i.e. Marketing, Commissions, or New Business departments)The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation.
