AI GTM Specialist
Benchling
Benchling seeks an AI GTM Specialist to launch and own go-to-market strategy for a new Decision Support AI offering. This founding hire will drive outbound sales, deliver product demos, and build GTM playbooks while collaborating with the leadership team to scale AI adoption across the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Run outbound prospecting to customer directors and VPs for new AI products
- Deliver product demos and lead customer workshops for Decision Support offering
- Develop and iterate sales messaging, collateral, decks, and talk tracks based on market feedback
- Serve as internal early adopter, testing and refining new AI GTM motions before broader rollout
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing role: sales, solutions consulting, or equivalent
- Ability to present confidently to executive-level audiences
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving action with incomplete information
- Demonstrated GTM or launch experience preferred
- Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to integrate AI into daily work
