Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

Job Title:  Superintendent
Job Location:  Spokane, WA - We wil relocate the right candidate!
Salary: $130k-$180k + Bonus + Benefits + 401k Match
Requirements: 5+ years as a construction Superintendent with a focus in Commercial or Healthcare projects

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of projects across Healthcare and Commercial. They are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Manage all phases of the project 
- Assure construction meets established quality standards 
- Identifies and implements method and systems for achieving cost savings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years as a construction Superintendent
- Commercial or Healthcare projects
