The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care, a deep understanding of the physiological process of birth, and the ability to build trusting relationships with families. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive prenatal, birth, and postnatal care. Conduct thorough prenatal assessments and create personalized care plans. Offer emotional support and education to families throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Respond effectively to any complications and collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Qualifications Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), or equivalent certification. Current state licensure to practice midwifery. Minimum 2 years of experience in midwifery.cely Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
