Job Description Job Description Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal Location: Coral Gables, FL - In-Office Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our growing litigation team. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage cases from inception through trial, support attorneys in complex matters, and operate with a high level of independence. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage cases from pre-suit through trial and post-trial Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence Coordinate and manage discovery, including document production and review Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors Organize and maintain case files and documentation Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials (Senior paralegals typically assist attorneys through all stages of litigation, including document preparation, discovery, and trial support ) Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience (required) Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing Experience with trial preparation and case management Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within the firm How to Apply Please submit your resume through ZipRecruiter Company Description Annesser Armenteros, PLLC Company Description Annesser Armenteros, PLLC
