Senior Technical Sourcer

To scale Engineering and Product Management, the contract Senior Technical Sourcer will manage top-of-funnel talent pipelines, design sourcing strategies, and deliver diverse candidate slates while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own top-of-funnel pipelines for Engineering and Product Management roles, ensuring a consistent delivery of high-signal candidates Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role needs and accelerate hiring with clear expectations Proactively source and engage passive talent using various platforms and tools to deliver diverse candidate slates Required qualifications 8+ years of technical sourcing experience, including in-house and agency/search roles 2+ years of experience sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through Director+) Proven track record in sourcing across Engineering and Product Management Experience in building top-of-funnel strategies and uncovering hidden talent pools Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Gem
