About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead its core engineering organizations and drive the development of technology-enabled patient access and hub services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the architecture, delivery, quality, and scalability of the product platform, with a strong focus on AI engineering and generative AI delivery. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in scaling engineering teams, deep technical expertise in modern web application architecture, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems, and experience in leading AI use cases into production. The VP of Engineering will also be accountable for the delivery maturity of the organization, including agile transformation, and must ensure platform reliability, performance, and security, particularly in compliance with healthcare data standards. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Engineering at the company include owning the engineering roadmap, driving best practices, and championing scalable cloud architecture. The role also involves building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, setting technical direction, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating within regulated environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
