Water Operations Analytics & Process Improvement Analyst

The Senior Staff Analyst in Drinking Water Operations will provide analytical, operational, and technical support across Surface Water and Groundwater facilities. You will build databases, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decisions and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong data analysis, budgeting oversight, and procurement process expertise, with liaison duties across City departments and vendors.
