Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Bristol, RI by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport hazardous materials nationwide
- Maintain accurate logs and regulatory compliance
Work alongside a team, return home every two weeks, and enjoy complete benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)) plus safety, clean-inspection, and referral bonuses. Requires CDL A license, Hazmat endorsement, and 12+ months of experience.
