OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Bristol, RI by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Join HMD Trucking to run OTR dry van freight nationwide out of Bristol, RI. You’ll be assigned late-model equipment with sleepers and modern amenities, supported by proactive maintenance and dispatch teams.
Key Duties:
- Safely operate and deliver dry van loads across long-haul and regional routes.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain compliant logs.
Performance Expectations:
- Uphold DOT regulations, company safety policies, and on-time delivery commitments.
Qualifications: Hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months of verifiable experience. HMD provides strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM and bonus opportunities for safe, clean performance.
