The responsibilities will include setting up sales strateg y and plan , managing sales team members, identifying , prospecting, and securing business opportunities in the areas of Salesforce , ServiceNow, NetSuite, Oracle , JAVA, Python, Azure , AWS and DevSec Ops services in Finance, Government, Healthcare Pro v iders , Manufacturing and Education verticals . Key Responsibilities Work with the CEO and the delivery team to define the Consulting Servicesofferingsandthe sales pitch Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizingmarket andcompetitor information and trends,identifyingsales opportunities. DevelopSales Goals, Sales Strategy andexecute on the Salesplan Develop sales opportunities withEnterprise prospectsby researching andidentifyingpotential accounts;solicitingnew accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations;Close newbusiness Develop and implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within active and inactive accounts Manage Sales Playbook and Sales Process Set and manage quotas, commissions, etc. for the team Hire Sales team members and mentor them onMirketaSales process Strengthen company’s brand Build strategic partnerships withSaaS platform AEs.Participate in Marketing Events. Organizemarketing events targetingexecutives from potential clients Willbe responsible forindividualquota of$2mandateam quota of $5m. Skills and Qualifications: 12+ years of total Sales experience with5+ years of experience selling Salesforce Services Experience selling in one or more of the following domains – Education, Large Healthcare Providers, Manufacturing, Finance Should be comfortable in dealing with the highest levels of decision makers in an organization (e.g., VP IT/Engineering, CFO, Director R & D, CIO, etc.).
