About the Team The Inventory Enablement & Optimization team serves as the single source of truth for all areas of our business that have an inventory component. The team brings together supply and demand side data to maximize revenue for all platform deal stakeholders, focusing on gross profitability. About the Role We are seeking an Analyst, Inventory Enablement & Optimization to join our PAG (Political, Advocacy & Government) vertical. The analyst will partner with the existing PAG Inventory Analyst to support the growing political advertising business across both programmatic and direct IO deal types and will partner with Sales, Client Services, and Ad Operations to ensure inventory is accurately forecasted, efficiently allocated, and optimized. For New York Only: the estimated annual salary is between $100,000 and $125,000. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, certifications, and location. What You'll Be Doing Inventory Forecasting & Avails Management Process and analyze inventory availability (avails) requests via Salesforce for PAG advertisers across direct IO and programmatic deal types. Validate avails against flight parameters (targeting, geo, dates, frequency, creative duration) and provide accurate inventory forecasts to Sales and Client Services teams. Conduct Deal Desk approvals, reviewing that opportunities align with active avails requests and that all parameters match flight details. Campaign Pacing & Optimization Monitor campaign pacing within ad server UIs and consolidated pacing dashboards (Tableau/Looker). Troubleshoot under‑pacing campaigns using ad server UIs, avails tools, RAMS optimization loss/filter reasons, sell‑through reporting, and demand forecasts. Provide weekly optimization recommendations to Account Managers via Salesforce Optimization Cases, flag campaigns at risk, and recommend actionable changes (priority adjustments, frequency cap changes, targeting modifications). 3P Supply Enablement & Programmatic Support Manage and optimize third‑party supply via RPM (Roku Partner Media), MCTV, and PMP deal setups for the PAG vertical. Support PMP deal creation, blocklist management, adomain configurations, and inventory package targeting for political programmatic campaigns. Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure proper placement allocation, frequency caps, and priority settings at launch for PAG campaigns across OneView, GAM, and MCTV. Supply & Demand Analysis Conduct supply/demand analysis to identify inventory gaps, saturation risks, and revenue optimization opportunities within the PAG vertical. Maintain and contribute to weekly reporting on display and video KPIs, sell‑through rates, and closed/won ad buys. Provide data‑driven insights to Sales teams to support pipeline growth and competitive positioning against other political advertising platforms. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary inventory point of contact for PAG Account Executives, Account Managers, and Client Services teams across multiple geographic locations (New York and West Coast). Collaborate with Ad Operations on campaign setup, launch readiness, and trafficking requirements specific to PAG (political creative compliance, disclaimer requirements, inventory package selection). Partner with the Programmatic IEO sub‑team on demand facilitation and holistic optimization strategies for political supply. We’re Excited If You Have Required 3‑5 years of experience in ad operations, inventory management, media planning, or a related digital advertising role. Strong proficiency in Salesforce (avails management, deal desk workflows, opportunity tracking). Experience with ad serving platforms and campaign management tools (e.g., OneView, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar DSP/SSP platforms). Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization/reporting tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply/demand data and translate it into actionable recommendations. Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems (PMP, PG, Open Exchange) and direct IO deal execution. Experience managing 3P supply partnerships or programmatic marketplace operations (e.g., SSP deal configuration, whitelist/blocklist management). Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographic locations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling). Preferred Experience working in political, advocacy, or government advertising, including understanding of election cycles, political creative requirements, and compliance regulations. Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and office locations. Familiarity with CTV/OTT advertising inventory and ad call mechanics (CSAA/SSAI, RAMS). Knowledge of audience data management platforms and targeting strategies. Experience with inventory forecasting tools and revenue‑at‑risk tracking. Understanding of PAG‑specific business rules (political disclaimers, bipartisan requirements, attestation processes, state‑level advertising regulations). Hybrid Work Approach Teams work in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays are flexible for remote work, except for roles that require a five‑day in‑office presence or specific office policies.
