This opportunity supports an Enterprise IT contract with a team of Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Systems Engineers and System Integration Technicians, responsible for the architecture, engineering, integration, operations, maintenance and sustainment of multi-level Enterprise IT environment. Job Description The Linux Systems Administrator will have quantifiable Linux SA work experience with a preferable background in cloud technologies. Experience with Containers/Cloud environments Storage Management Virtualization Ip networking and Firewall exp. ALL LINUX Solid understanding of PKI/TLS/crypto including crypto policies Exp w/ automation tools is a bonus Application support and general troubleshooting SSP compliance and STE/STN support on Linux systems Capabilities Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning Qualifications Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Certifications Required IAT Level 2 Security Clearance Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph. Pay Range 103,000 - 155,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
