Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Brownstown Charter Township, MI Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Comprehensive Anesthesia Care: Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures while ensuring optimal patient comfort and safety. Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough preoperative assessments, review medical histories, and evaluate risk factors to develop individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the surgical team. Intraoperative and Postoperative Management: Monitor vital signs and anesthesia depth during procedures; manage post-anesthesia recovery and immediate pain control. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records using EPIC EMR, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications & Credentialing Licensure and Certification: Must possess an active Michigan RN License (in hand at the time of presentation) and be a Board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Experience: Candidates must state years of CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training). This position is not open to new graduates or candidates with lapsed Board Certifications. Clinical History: A clean malpractice and license history is required, with no exceptions. A most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) must be provided at the time of presentation. Regulatory Requirements: Must have or obtain a DEA and CSR/CDS prior to the start date. Visa Status: H1B and J1 Visa candidates are accepted and the status must be specified at submission. Logistics: Candidates must live within a one-hour commute and are not permitted to work this role in conjunction with another job.
