Registered Private Wealth Client Associate

$25 - $44 per hour

Job Overview Provides client service support to multiple Financial Advisors, acting as the primary contact within Merrill for client service needs. Supports enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy, customizing solutions for different FAs. Responsibilities Provides excellent client service by educating clients on all banking offerings. Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follows up on all client and FA requests. Assists in ensuring practices align with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, client protection, and risk management. Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships by emphasizing bank offerings and encouraging banking integration into day‑to‑day practices, while communicating outcomes to the FA. Supports day‑to‑day team activities, covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, with a client‑first mindset. Required Qualifications Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series66 (or 63 &65 in lieu of 66). Possesses advanced industry knowledge and an understanding of investment products. Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on results. Demonstrates a client‑centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client. Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Desired Qualifications Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with evolving responsibilities. Detail oriented, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Exhibits sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information. Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills. Shift & Hours 1st shift (United States of America).37.5 hours per week. Pay & Benefits Hourly pay range: $25.00–$44.00, determined by experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for discretionary incentive. Participation in annual discretionary plan based on individual performance and contribution.
