Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility in Texas
• SLP-CCC preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged with supervision provided
• Strong foundation in pediatric speech-language disorders
• Background in school-based or healthcare SLP settings a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Bartlett Assignment:

• Manage a district-wide caseload of approximately 40 students
• Provide direct therapy and assessment for elementary life skills and middle/high school general education students
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)

Troy Assignment:

• Full-time schedule, serving an entire district
• Primarily work with general education students across grade levels
• Engage in ongoing evaluation, intervention, and consultative support as part of the multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities for Both Locations:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Deliver individualized and group speech-language services
• Complete all required documentation and progress reports
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and parent conferences
