Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Killeen, Texas

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP), CCC or CFY accepted
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings a plus
• Strong assessment and intervention skills for a variety of speech and language disorders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to PreK-2nd grade students, with some engagement with middle schoolers
• Conduct thorough evaluations and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with faculty, staff, and families to deliver integrated support
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on school-based initiatives
• Offer guidance and coaching to staff on communication strategies for student success
