Great opportunity for a new grad Speech-Language Pathologist to join a wonderful team of clinicians in the vicinity of Temple-Belton-Killeen, TX. You'll work in a large and modern facility and have your very own supervisor, an SLP with several years of experience that is able to meet all of your needs for mentorship and training. You'll likely be her only fellow so if you like personal attention, you'll be in excellent hands! The clinic is home to a multidisciplinary team of therapists that aim to meet the everchanging needs of their young patients. State of the art facility comprising over 10,000 feet of space with both indoor and outdoor gyms and an aquatic therapy pool Private treatment rooms, sensory kitchen, and colorfully painted gym space makes treatments feel like play time This team embraces celebration; get your costumes ready for Halloween and the winter holidays--there's always room to be a kid at this place of work Mentorship is available along with flexibility in scheduling. Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you've referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
