Market Research Analyst

Research Project ManagerDesign and manage end-to-end research projects including questionnaire development, data collection, analysis, and reporting.Handle multiple projects (3–5 concurrently) while ensuring quality and timely delivery.Monitor and enhance research platforms and tools to support evolving business needs.Conduct surveys, qualitative interviews, and engagement analytics to assess customer preferences.Create comprehensive deliverables such as reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership.3–5 years of primary market research experience (client-side or vendor).Proven ability to manage multi-phase research projects.Proficiency in creating actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative data.Experience with analytic tools and platforms.Strong understanding of research methodologies and customer engagement analytics.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong working knowledge of data languages including (but not limited to) SQL, SPSS, R, Python.EEO Employer LanceSoft is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and an equal opportunity employer.
