As a Tire & Service Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals while providing customers with the best tire and auto services in the industry. What You'll Do:
- Receive and deliver customer requests, both by phone and in person, ensuring satisfaction every time.
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate service options, pricing, and estimated times. Help manage the daily schedule, keeping things organized and running smoothly.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to make them feel at ease and valued.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed location goals.

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior sales experience in tire and auto service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Integrity – both personally and professionally, you hold yourself to the highest standards.
