HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE IN LOCKBOURNE, OH

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Control Associate to join our team in Lockbourne, Ohio. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and quality. In this role, you'll inspect products, process inventory, and support warehouse operations to ensure every order meets company standards before reaching customers. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $17.50 to $18.50/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Weekday and Weekend schedules available
• Located in Lockbourne, OH

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Receive and process incoming inventory
• Grade products based on company quality guidelines
• Enter inspection results and inventory information into warehouse systems
• Photograph products for online listings when required
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or quality control experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English
