Job Summary A legal services organization in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Paralegal with employment law experience for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys, managing case documentation, and helping employment law matters move forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys with employment law matters, including case preparation, document management, and legal correspondence. Draft, review, proofread, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and case-related materials. Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines to ensure matters remain on track. Assist with discovery, document production, records requests, and factual investigation. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, agencies, and internal team members. Provide administrative and legal support to help attorneys prepare for hearings, mediations, depositions, and other case events. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $55,000 to $68,000 per year.
