The company offers a business casual dress code (jeans are welcome!) and fosters an environment where employees are supported both professionally and personally.ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter client billingsPrepare and generate sworn statements to accompany client billingsProduce monthly Expenses by Job (EBJ) reportsGather and organize backup invoices to support client billingsWork closely with internal project teams to ensure timely and accurate billingManage invoices across multiple billing cyclesMaintain accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsRequired:2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experienceStrong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accuratelyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookComfortable managing high-volume workloads and meeting tight deadlinesExperience in project-based billing environments such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, retail, legal, or other multi-location organizations is highly preferredPreferred:Construction billing experienceExperience preparing sworn statementsSage Intacct experience
