About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Quality and Safety Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a key leader in the organization, with a focus on elevating the quality and safety of care delivery. This role is pivotal in overseeing quality, patient and team member safety, patient advocacy, regulatory compliance, and infection prevention across the system. The VP will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that ensure high reliability, regulatory readiness, and industry-leading performance, and will be a driving force in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care. Candidates for the VP position should have a strong clinical leadership background and be prepared to engage with regulatory bodies. Deep expertise in quality, safety, and accreditation is essential, as is a proven track record in hospital accreditation, survey readiness, and core nursing quality work. The role requires the ability to manage complex, multi-hospital operations, collaborate with various stakeholders, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be a performance-driven leader, capable of managing an operating model, keeping staff engaged, and delivering results through operational excellence and execution.
