Full-Time | Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama | Northport, AL
Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing a welcoming first impression while supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of our facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and guests.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
